Deposition Services
Archway Legal Services works with a network of registered professional reporters, registered merit reporters and certified realtime reporters in the St. Louis metropolitan area and southern Illinois. You may contact us by phone or schedule your deposition through our website. Once you have submitted your request, you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours to confirm the scheduling of your deposition. You can expect a confirmation call from us on the day prior to the deposition. Upon requests, we can provide exhibit scanning services and e-transcripts.
We also provide certified legal video specialists who are using professional grade camera and recording equipment to ensure that you have quality audio and video when you are taking your work product into the courtroom. We can transfer the digital video to MPEG1 format, DVD format or synchronized video. We can provide your synchronized video in DepoView, Visionary Viewer or we can simply provide all of the synchronization files for Trial Director (.cms), Visionary (.vdf) or Sanctions II (.mdb) on one disk.
If you are traveling to the St. Louis area and need a location to conduct your depositions, we can make arrangements for conference rooms at the Lambert Airport in St. Louis. A conference telephone system is provided. Food and beverage services can also be provided upon request. Depending on your schedule, you can fly in and out of St. Louis in the same day without the hassles of overnight hotel stays or transportation to and from the airport.

Archway Legal Services brings portable live streaming to the deposition venue. We will conduct bandwidth tests at the location prior to the scheduled deposition date. Remote users can view the video and the transcript of the depostion proceedings via a secure web server while also accessing a chat window that can be established for either side of the case.
